MP3s… for you to listen to, of course

So, I've decided to post a few MP3s of what has been going on in the?audio workshop as of late (or not so late). I hope you enjoy these — feel free to share with a friend if ya do, the music makes me happy and I hope it makes you happy too. Yes, it is happy music. With maybe a drop of sadness, and melancholy/nostalgiastuffs, but that's the way the world and my life is, so I reflect it here in sonic form.

(These MP3s are 192kbps, high quality)
?
First, a whole track:
?
Too Many Clich?s?aka "the track the technosnobs love to not love"
?
The above is really, really meant as something lighthearted and fun but perhaps with deeper technosocial commentary. You see, there are these clich?s abound in a lot of popular trance music, which were obviously originated or developed by pioneers I have nothing but the greatest respect and admiration for. But of course, someone down the line was influenced, but copied the original style too closely without developing it as their own (a la Bruce Lee stylee) and as a result, you have many copycats everywhere. Not that this is necessarily a bad thing — but not that this is necessarily a good thing either. It's just music, and hey, if it helps you to have a good time, then all the better. So, if you are a veteran listener of this type of Electronic Dance Music (EDM), I think you will instantly recognize what is going on. And if you are not, consider it a gentle introduction into some of what is going on, and I believe you will dig the melodies anyway. Yes, I like a good catchy melody.
?
And now a teaser square… a teaser square is 4 clips of 4 tracks, and a square has 4 corners. Somehow, they are all connected — in an oblique way at times, no less. I think the main connection is that I created them all but here you go.
?
"Acid Hop" is like hip-hop with an acid house influence (the squealing resonance thingies). I like a lot of hip-hop, and I pay special attention to the instrumental production side of it because it's often an exercise in minimalism for maximum effect.
?
"Torlon Window" is also hip-hoppity, with an early 90s?gangsta (gangster?)?vibe but with that extra Martian touch because I am just sooo out there. Ha, I jest.
?
"Gunmetal Tiara", if I had to label it in a box, might be "symphonic progressive break(beat)s" but you decide for yourself. Whatever it is, it's melodic and evolving and I'm quite proud of it. It's got quite a rich sound, not unlike a lady eating Lindt chocolate.
?
Finally, "Passion8" started out as an exercise in generic, cheesy?(I mean that as a compliment) trancewhatever but I decided to elaborate on it with a few classical ideas as you can hear. I think it's quite regal and classy, yet trashy and dirty. Is this like Kraft Dinner with caviar? I promise you, time will tell
?
These MP3s may not be up for long, so get them while you can. I encourage you.
