Torley, don't have a video of it, but one of the more scary version of Wuthering Heights that I ever heard was done by Morgan Fisher on his album "Hybrid Kids". Utterly bizarre because it's done by a guy with a deep Cornish accent with no pretense to duplicating the tunes, accompaniment or feeling of the original.

The whole album is utterly bizarre and messes with your head - just check out the link I gave for the reason why!

I love the way Hayley sings this song! It would be amazing to see Kate Bush and Hayley perform this song together. It would be even more amazing if it happened in Second Life

Tineke Schouten! I never liked her, but when I look at it through your eyes I can see the fun. She sings the song in broad Utrecht dialect (Utrecht being one of the main cities in Holland) which lends itself excellently to the sound of Wuthering Heights. Her idea of fun, however, is too one-dimensional to me. You have the benefit of not knowing the rest of her work.

I am surprised to find her here on your blog.

As soon as I saw "cover of Wuthering Heights" I knew I would see the uke one. I like their cover of Life On Mars. It's absolutely beautiful, especially when they start combining a few songs.
