"Alaric, is that you?"

Posted on: January 25, 2007

"Yes, it is. I hope the shipment arrived on time and — with the quality in quantity you'd expect of my pedigree."

"I have no dispute about that. Rather, I wanted to comment —"

"On what, then?"

"If you'll let me finish: motivation borne from an illusion — scarcity of prim-resources — is what will drive them, and their eventual progress, beyond the starlight of successes that any Layzerican could even begin to hope for."

"But you know they are of the machine, and they do not really know."

"Dear Inventor, it's also that gilding (and unintentional) ignorance whereupon lays this cachet of contentedly created brilliance."

"You flatter me. But again — they do not really know."

"Yes. It's precisely this lack of stupidity that forces them to succeed."

Wow Torley that's awesome! I love your images, they're so full of flashy style even when they're subtle, the coloring and lighting you do is fantastic. :D

You should have them printed out and sell em!

Oz, Oz-some to see you here! It's been so long.

You've given me an idea. I wonder what I could do with an advanced Pixel Roller?

More Alternate Virtual Reality art to come… I'm very much inspired. All the colors of the rainbow included!
