Hobo Village gets blogged!

Posted on: April 29, 2006

I've already let Orhalla Zander, creator of the Hobo Village in Calleta, know the good news. Word in the "blogosphere" is getting out about his work: Walker Spaight (Mark Wallace in "RL") has journalled about a video made by Thinkerer Melville giving a narrated tour through the humble encampment… which has since become a Linden Infohub—we're gotta have to scuff the announcement signboard up and similarly "dirty other content additions tho!

Like a great prog trance track which additional hi-hat shuffles come in after the first 24 bars and then a snare rrrroll-*BEWM!* cymbal crash, the Hobo Village has gone through a number of changes. Before there was even a Village, there was a Railroad, and even earlier, Orhalla was eking out his Second Life on the grounds on the Welcome Area. Being a dumpster-liver, I related to his plightful tale. I first blogged about him well over a year ago, and I thot he must be the most dedicated roleplayer evar! Thankfully, it was more than this. Still poor in body, rich in spirit.

Congratulations Orh!
