I don't have a better title — what you see is the first, purest way to put what came to mind. Yesterday, Ravenelle got started on her Flickr account, uploading her 1,000+ pictures, most of 'em from within her Second Life inventory.

It wasn't so simple as clicking a button, because if you've been here, you know: textures & photos need to laboriously be exported one at a time in TGA format. Double-click one so it gets frontmost attention, then File menu > Save Texture As. (This'll only work if it's fully-permissive.)

Before I go off on a technical tangent, I do have quite an eye-in-hand for detail: I observed how Ravie had already gotten started with sets, tags, and even filled out her profile. (Apparently, she's Female and Taken, which doesn't surprise me, but I wasn't previously aware she was 106. Yes, she is that grown-up.)

Today, I encouraged her to give fd's Flickr Toys a go. Here's some of what she's got already — and I dig the saturated, thumbnail goodness:

Natch, I have my own too! The Santa hat works perfect on mine, and I swear I'm staring over into her selection.

I gave Ravie some tips on how to crosspost to Flickr via SL postcards, something which I'm a sheer enthusiast of. She's quite the artist; I'm looking forward to her continued contributions!

On the Flickr Second Life group — which I highly suggest you join if you're into both SL and Flickr — we're now the #1 and #2 contributing members, which doesn't necessarily mean anything in itself, but it's just always nice to be next to her. <3
