@Ari I've seen Disqus benefit others like yourself, thanks! I don't plan to add it on my Tumblr, as that's being fed here, and as for this current blog, I don't feel there's an overwhelming advantage... yet. I also admit part of my hesitation is because I've tried IntenseDebate and another "global commenting system" before, and both, despite my hopes to the contrary, messed up things.

I <3 Tumblr's simplicity but I still like a lot of what WordPress has to offer, like plugins, so I'll keep that my "core" for now.

I won't presume to proclaim you are "doing it backward" - [hint, wink].

I do it like so: I have my "AriBlackthorne.com" URL point to my tumblr blog. In Tumblr, I have it set to pluck headlines and pictures (if any) from my CommonSensible.net blog (which I post to two or three times a week).

I let people know the differences between them and say: 'Common Sensible is where you'll find my more philosophical stuff and 100% Second Life-related in some fashion - but there is a link from there to my "main blog...

'However, if you can stand my twisted sense of humor and curious to see what sparks my interest throughout the day, follow me at my tumblr blog. When I post something on Common Sensible, you won't miss it because it will automatically be highlighted at the tumblr location.'

And by the way, I *love your Tumblr feed. :-D
When are you going to add Disqus? (I *love* Disqus - need to get it on my CS blog.)
