@Just Some Guy: Goodness gracious! What an appropriate way to verify your comment here. Alas, my reCAPTCHA is "dis-Lawson"… no idea what that means, but I could stretch and mention that "Lawson" is a Japanese convenience store. Never seen Phalliclams there, tho.
Well, it's pretty random material that reCaptcha uses. one word that they're reasonably or totally sure of, and another that they're not quite sure about.
It's usually best that you get both words right, though on occasion I've accidentally misspelt one word and still obtained verification.
What's up with that? Well, reCaptcha is basically the front end of a massive crowd-sourced effort to read books that conventional OCR can't parse properly. This happens in a lot of old books, especially pre-loved ones with all the attendant pencilled reader's markings (crossouts, bracketing). So when you verify with reCaptcha, you're helping to make sense of books.
Yayzerama!
P.S. I see a new movie has just come out that screams Parody. Look up "Pineapple Express", Torley :p

Quack (ouch!) Quack (ouch!) Quack (ouch!)
Ironically, the Captcha for this comment was "gallant wood".

Ewww. I hope you do more blog posts soon. Then I won't be confronted by that when I visit your blog. xD
