At long last, what joy! The main benefit is the new blogs are categorized into different topics so it's easier to find what specific "channels" interest you.
I hope to see a diversity of Lindens contribute regularly from across all areas of the company, and then we can namedropped in social media texts everywhere as a shining example of company/corporate blogging.

It looks like only Lindens get to set their avatars… *shrug*
But it does surprise me with a sudden explosion of posts, after all so long of little updates. Now I worry if I'll be able to read them in time!
There are a lot of post-launch tweaks we're going to add. I heard customization permissions mentioned earlier, but am not sure if they'll be enabled for Residents. I'll do the proverbial "check and see", and also hope you're occupied with plenty of usefun reading material in times to come!
Also, this means I'll be blogging less about Second Life stuff on my personal blog; since I have an official place to do it now, it just makes more sense. But I'll continue to share creativity from other aspects of both my lives. ;D
