I love it when stuff comes together so smoothly. I was checking out Devils Moon with Artemis Fate and MissChievious Craven was snappin' pics. She sure got a couple great ones as I bounded down the street. So thanxies to her for the photos, I just repreportioned them (that powers-of-two thing is wack!) and added a lil' contrast.

Miss..LOOK OUT BEHIND YOU!!

Torley…you found the bar
Devils Moon is the work of Abramelin Wolfe, who has quite a propulsive sense of fun (nevermind the fact that his anim vendors are watermelon-colored too!). I've seen him come up with neat lil' gadgets in the past, so it's great to see what he can do with a full island. He's also joined up with katykiwi Moonflower's Gypsy Moon (currently being used as a sandbox).
The theme of Devils Moon is quite cyberpunk?the floating drones are even labelled as "Blade Runner". It finds a special place in my heart as it continues construction. If you're familiar with Deus Ex, you may even feel something which evokes memories of the Hong Kong levels?one of my fave computer game stages evar. I headed down one long passage of tunnels, only to find myself dropping out of the sky and heading groundward. The city uses upsidedown prims, a similar "reflection" trick to the one Jimmy Thomson of Bedazzle did for Chinatown not too long ago (and still fresh in my memory). I think this marks the first time I've seen Nighthawks in SL too; the last time was in a Dead Like Me episode. Noir regions are comparatively rare: this, Midnight City, Transylvania are a few.
