Seesmic makes it way easy to use your webcam and upload a clip to the world. The quality is blocky, but for a few clicks and almost insta-upload, it's nearly painless.
The site is mostly Flash, so the first time you record, it asks to take camera permissions. Grant them and you'll be on your way. The downside of Flash is it can be harder to get direct links to content, but below each video are link and embed fields. You can add a "video profile" too, like I did.
