Did you edit it in Vegas an export as GIF ? Is that possible in Vegas ? Or did you edit in Photoshop ?
He probably used PS, I use GIMP, and I can do it ^^"
I exported a movie from Vegas, brought it into Photoshop, opened Animation controls to have a look, then exported it as GIF.
Once I had that figured out, it was easier than I thought.
