Sebastien Marchal (Workbench) makes SUBLIME (that’s like, supremely awesome) electronic music which is often on the more relaxing/chillout/ambient side of things.
I know the “holidays” may’ve passed, but a piece like “Goldfish” has staying power all year round. I think Sebastien made the art too; the overall presentation is so cozy it makes me giddy with glee.
Anyway, the first track of Sebastien’s I listened to was “Ascent” on the stellar Robot Dreams comp (my intro to Kahvi Collective) and I just got his Infinite Dreams album from iTunes.
In a stroke of synchronicity, nice to know he likes my piano ringtones, too.
