I know loooong links are a pain in the ass!

If you ever need to refer to or show someone Second Life's manual, aka THE KNOWLEDGE BASE, be sure to use:

It's a heck of a lot easier than the WTF that is https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4417

And remembah, mah video tutorials can be found @ secondlife.com/video

    Hmm, I wonder if short links that resolve to knowledge base articles could be included in the articles themselves.

    like secondlife.com/kb/a1234 would go to article 1234 and secondlife.com/kb/t2345 would go to topic 2345

    or something like that.

    Or make a mirror of it that's Google searchable.
