Wow, thats REALLY pretty.. was that whole thing done in a program like photoshop or gimp? How did you get the chipped paint effect?

@Nika: I did this in Photoshop, and most of the effects were from Filter Forge, http://www.filterforge.com which I ULTRAHIGHLY RECOMMEND. Use it for a few minutes and you'll see why!
