Got it? Good.
With that image in your mind, move your eyes closer towards the soothing picture above.
Stare into the forest. Imagine yourself at the banks of the waterfall, the cool water lapping over your legs.
The air is so fresh and clean. You can't help but breathe.
You're newborn again. Free of hurt and prejudice. Free to live, and love.

@Menno: Thanks so much, I know we can relate on the evocative front; a term I like that I heard Sue Stonebender use recently was "digital alchemy".
