What we're basically doing now is triage, diving deep into the jungle and joining common patterns that emerge, e.g. all the talk of "All folders are opening when I don't want them to!" Solid repros get turned into bug reports, and fixes will be on their way soon. Problems solved—done!—and onto the next ones.

Or think of it as a really big soup kitchen in the desert where the soup has flies in it and Resis are hungry, and we're hoping to get a quality supply flown in really fast.
