    Aha! Wonderful question. Since you asked, I now shed light on the mystery…

    Torley Textures III was released as a gift at a Volunteer & Concierge party awhile back. The only way you can currently get 'em is find someone who already has the pack. :) I don't plan to release it myself in a wider distro net… so best of hope.

    Like all the other Torley Textures, they're fully-permissive… just harder to find! ;)

    (And YES, it's entirely possible I'll be exploring new methods of packaging and sharing future installments of Torley Textures.)
