Torley twists his hands 360 degrees

I was a young pup and watching a magician on TV who professed to do this. Looking closer, I realized it was camera tricks and shifty angles. Grrr. Dispirited and wanting to be bona fide, I looked into the mirror and tried it myself — lo and behold, while my fingers aren't "double-joined", I can rotate my wrists 360 degrees. It's noted briefly in my bio, and special thanx to Chilko Tardis for suggesting a video.

    Though the nerd in me asks, is it really wrist 360 degrees? or is it combination of wrist, elbow, and shoulder joint that create the 360 twist to the arm ^_^
