I made a mistake on Snapzilla. As things are still in transition while Cristiano Midnight powers it all up on a better server, I selected "Tour De Telehub" as my active album. For some reason, new piccies started getting added to it without me selecting them, and now I can't remove 'em. Ah well, I'll let it sit… soon enough. In the meantime, if you want to see pix of just about every mainland telehub in SL, and soon to include the two newest ones at Tenera and Gibbosa, be my guest.

Standing here talking to her intermittently while blogging. I have conversations with a lot of Residents, I don't plan it but there are some people whose names keep coming up for me.

I have an emotional resonance with Cottonteil, because we're at odds on some things (opposites, you might even say), but we really pound words at each other well. Not just the actual words typed, but the cadence and how the language flows.

I don't know the answer to the "characters per line" question yet. I'm going to find out. Sweet-'n'-sour sauce?

I went by RICX's FINE JEWELRY (yes, IN ALL CAPS). Just as striking as the name is the design. I've been there before, and now, there's a new traffic-generating idea that's been implemented: "Security Guard chairs". Sit in one, RICX gets traffic, and the longer you sit, you'll get L$. It must be working because he's past the 26,000 mark today. I haven't done it yet, but it must be appealing to new Resis bootstrapped for booty.

Redsun is among my favorite times of the SL day. This one was forced artificially, but it goes well with the shades of the surroundings.

The overall look is clean, and the primary thing this gets me thinking of are Chinatown Gold Shops?particularly the ones I've seen in Bangkok, Thailand. They're extremely lavish, a lot of red with yellow hightlights for the gold within, and a lot of them look the same in style. I guess it's like a rich equivalent to seeing the golden arches (which is especially funny taking into consideration the colors of the McDonald's logo).

I haven't seen a Chinatown Gold Shop in SL yet, but it's prolly inevitable. This goes on my wishlist too. Someday, someone will… do you believe we can change the future?
