If you use Google's Gmail, they have a Web Clips feature which shows a fresh news headline every time a new page is loaded. You can customize this for Second Life news.
Here's what I did:
- Clicked on "Settings" in the upper-right corner.
- Clicked on the "Web Clips" tab.
- Deleted all previous "Web Clips".
- In the box where it says "Search by topic or URL", I entered World of SL's feed: http://planet.worldofsl.com/rss20.xml
It should look something like this:
Now, when you're doing your email, you can take a quick peek at what's happening in the ever-burgeoning Second Life blogosphere!
