We all live and die… but while we're alive, we should thrive!

- Just like Godzilla's eggs would make for a really big omelet, check out the size of these gears! It would be cool to have a mechanical device controlled not necessarily by scripting alone, but actual kinetic, physics-engine-based action within the world.
- Tanaquil Karuna shows me her home and her katana, which was made by Hiro Protagonist. I like the clean, uncluttered style. I could say "how Zen", and I just did. Note the jumbo Post-It of sorts floating in the skies. There's a certain touch of irony to it. The neighborhood is tranquil, which sounds like Tanaquil.
- In the wee hours, the Eggman cometh (speaking of omelets)?and so does the very sweet Gwyn. We're at… well, I forgot the place, but it ran really smoothly and quickly. Prim-Lite ™. We were alone for awhile but were later joined by a few others, including Annie Twilight, which leads to…
- FLASHTUBBING!!! CAME SOON, COMING AGAIN!!!
- I could call this a parallel universe at first, but in fact, it's not. It's a Welcome Area in a certain other part of the Second Life realm, and it was abandoned. I noticed some architectural similarities to the main one in Ahern, but really, Second Life is largely about the people. It didn't feel like a Welcome Area without anyone to… welcome me!
- This is Philip Linden, who wants world domination for Second Life.
It's part of…
- This Town Hall meeting, which?was quite a trip. There were "repeaters" sent up to broadcast messages to those in other locations — this one got awfully crowded in a few raindrops of time. Not to mention, the sun began to set. At first I thought there were going to be manual town criers to pass words on, but then again, that'd be like a virtual version of the telephone game. Pandemonium would break looser than a bag of marbles, but as…

- … this picture shows, it did anyway. The "afterparty", if you will. NEON!!! OMG!!! WHAT A TRIP!!!
- I then joined Lecktor Hannibal and Dyonis Blanc in the jam band @ Tribal Drums, with Terry Craven tapping her avatoes to the beat. There's a full event coming up tonight at 7 PM, and I'm going to see if I can make it for a bit.
- This is near Stage 4, near the Welcome Area. Incidentally, this was quite timely. The lady you see is Baccara Rhodes, and she is featured on the billboard for her mentoring accomplishments. Yay!!! Two things I noticed about her: 1) the piano behind her in the larger-than-life photo and 2) her cool collar and bracelets. Stacked! On the billboard to the right is Toy LaFollette, Instructor of the Month. She has always been *tremendously* gracious to me and her?infectious?laugh always cracks me up (speaking of eggs).?Yay!!!
- Smile!
